She turned breech at 37 weeks. Fast forward two weeks and a failed external cephalic version (ECV), and I was next in line for a c-section. 

You are absolutely right -- everything does happen for a reason. It turned out that my daughter also had the cord around her neck. Thankfully, the c-section was the safest route for her to escape. I&#039;m just grateful that my baby arrived safe and sound. The rest is all small stuff to me.</description>
